Project Description
This facility of over 140,000 SF was constructed under a design/build contract and included manufacturing, warehouse and office areas. The structure is pre-engineered steel, with insulated metal siding, standing seam roof, and a 6” concrete slab throughout. The building is fully air conditioned and sprinklered . There are numerous over head and jib cranes scattered throughout the facility.
